  • Meeting Planning Process
    We are available to stay with you throughout the entire planning process, and will serve as the liaison between you and the hotel. We make certain that each negotiated item is serviced properly and continue to offer our guidance over the entire planning period.
  • Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Negotiations
    Over the years, we have developed a strong network of reliable suppliers. We will find you the best entertainment, linens, florals, catering services, and any other suppliers you might need.
  • Food & Beverage Consultation
    We prepare menu suggestions and manage your meal events so you always get the most from your budget. In addition, we look out for proper staffing and monitor service standards on the part of the caterer or hotel to be sure your event runs flawlessly.
  • Audio Visual Coordination
    We know the ropes when it comes to maximizing service and minimizing costs associated with AV requirements.
  • Entertainment/Special Event Management
    We oversee the entire event so you don’t have to. We will select the off-site venue and coordinate between vendors and venue to be sure everything happens in a timely fashion and each party is able to do its part without interfering with another.
  • Meeting/Event Registration
    Let us shoulder the burden of collecting your meeting registrations. We can manage it online for you.
  • Corporate Gift Selection/Management
    Do you need to provide welcome or parting gifts for your attendees/guests? We are happy to make suggestions and manage this project for you as well.
  • Onsite Staffing Coordination/Management
    The MTM team will provide a professional team of onsite coordinators to run your show and assist you with all your last minute needs.
  • Transportation
    We will arrange and manage your VIP and group airport transfers as well as group shuttles for Dine Arounds and other off-site events.
  • Budget Management and Billing Reconciliation
    It’s rare to find a final invoice that’s perfect in every way, so we work with all suppliers checking invoices daily and watching to see that everything is charged properly. In the end, we reconcile the entire invoice, checking every single line item, before you ever need to spend a minute on it.
